Glassware is packaged with bubble wrap, and travels very
well by road courier. We recommend purchasing a couple more items than your
exact requirements, in case of increase in numbers or accidental breakages prior
to your event.
Transport of glassware carries risk of damage in transit.
Shipping insurance (included in shipping cost) covers replacement of damaged
items, with RE-DELIVERY AT BUYER'S EXPENSE.If items are damaged in transit, please
report to courier at time of delivery and email photographic proof to us. We
will supply replacements free of charge, although you will be charged for
addiditional shipping costs. Insurance does not cover additional shipping
costs.
