Warranty & Returns

If your products are found to be damaged or faulty, please email us at sales@majesticdiy.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Returns must be received by Majestic DIY within 10 working days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later than this date may not be accepted for return.

Package faulty items for return, and include a copy of your invoice in the package. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RA# on the outside of the package and on the invoice copy. Packages without a visible RA# may not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. For products returned in accordance with this policy, a replacement will be sent within 10 working days from the date we receive the product/s.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If we no longer have any more of the product in stock then a refund will be provided.

Items Damaged in Transit

Many of our products are fragile and thus carry some risk when using freight systems. Please rest assured that all fragile items are packaged using bubble wrap and/or void fill inside sturdy cartons. All postage and handling charges include transit insurance.

In the rare instance that items are damaged in transit please email us at sales@majesticdiy.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Photographic proof of the damage must be included in the email. We will then issue a Damaged Goods Authorisation number (DGA#).

For replacements, additional postage charges will be incurred at a cost to be determined by the size and weight of the replacement parcel. An invoice for payment will be raised within 24hrs of the DGA# being issued.

For damaged products reported in accordance with this policy, replacements will be sent within 10 working days of receiving payment. In the instance that replacements are out of stock or otherwise unavailable, a substitute or refund will be offered.

Once again, please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
