Shipping & Delivery Information
- Standard Delivery - calculated by total order size and postcode.
- Express Delivery (includes priority dispatch) - calculated by total order size and postcode.
- Courier - calculated by total order size and postcode.
To qualify for free shipping you need to spend $95.00 and/or purchase one our eligible products that includes free shipping. Since we stock such a wide variety of products which can be large, bulky, heavy and fragile items, shipping costs can vary greatly between different orders and across the country. To best accommodate this, we have capped our shipping discount at $27.50. This will cover the majority of orders, however if your order is very large or if you are shipping to some of the regional and remote regions within Australia, you may be required to pay for a portion of your shipping. Express Post is not included in the free shipping offer, however Australia Post Registered service and courier services are both included. We are always on the lookout for competitive post and courier services, however we highly value reliable and efficient delivery companies. We're happy to hear from you to help with an order you'd like to place or if you have feedback about our shipping options.
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are packed and dispatched on the 1st or 2nd business day after payment is received. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at the checkout. The standard service will generally deliver parcels in 3-7 business days. The express sevice will generally deliver parcels within 1-3 days. Remote areas may take longer than this.
NB. No delivery service nor Majestic DIY can guarantee the delivery time of any order. Please allow enough time for order processing and delivery when placing your order before the required date.
All shipping methods offered by Majestic Event Decor are registered, trackable services. A signature at the address of delivery is required on receipt of the parcel. If no-one is present to sign, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot. It is then the responsibility of the receiver to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel.

It is possible to collect your purchase from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Simply choose Local Pick Up as your shipping delivery method. We have available collection times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm. Please contact us to arrange a collection appointment time at firstname.lastname@example.org. You don't need to arrange a time before making your purchase, we will also let you know once your order is ready for collection.
